Welcome to Tiny Explorers ("we," "our," or "the App"), an early childhood pre-school and Lower Kindergarten (LKG) learning application developed by Umakant.

We respect the privacy of children, parents, and educators. Because our app is specially crafted for young minds between ages 3 and 5, we maintain a strict ZERO-DATA-COLLECTION policy. We believe in providing an enjoyable educational experience without behavioral tracking, surveillance, or digital profiling.

2. Zero Personal Data Collected

The App does NOT collect, harvest, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII). Specifically:

• ❌ No Names or User Accounts: No account registration, email verification, or login is required.
• ❌ No Biometrics or Facial Data: The app does not access the camera or capture photos or video.
• ❌ No Audio Recordings: Speech synthesis uses the device's built-in offline Text-to-Speech (TTS) engine. No child audio is ever recorded, analyzed, or sent over the internet.
• ❌ No Location Tracking: GPS and network location permissions are neither requested nor utilized.
• ❌ No Financial Information: The app is 100% free with no in-app purchases or payment gateway integrations.

3. Local Storage & Device Data

Any settings, activity stars, completed module checks, and sound preferences are stored strictly locally on the user's device using standard Android SharedPreferences:

• Earned golden stars, completion status of ABC/Hindi modules, and sound volume are stored in device sandboxed storage.
• This data never leaves the device and is completely isolated from other applications.
• Uninstalling the application or tapping "Clear App Data" in Android system settings permanently wipes all stored progress.

• Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA): We do not gather personal data from children under 13.
• India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act): We do not track children or undertake behavioral monitoring or targeted advertising directed at minors.
• PhonePe Indus Appstore Policy: Fully adheres to the Families Policy and Kids Content Rating guidelines (Rating: 3+).

6. Third-Party Services & Advertising

Tiny Explorers contains ZERO third-party advertising SDKs (no Google AdMob, Unity Ads, Facebook Audience Network, or interstitial pop-ups). Your child will never encounter unexpected banners or deceptive clicks.

7. Parental Rights & Controls

Parents hold full sovereignty over the application experience:

• You may review or reset your child's learning stars at any time.
• You can clear all stored progress by navigating to Settings ➔ Apps ➔ Tiny Explorers ➔ Storage ➔ Clear Data.
